I’m Shaimaa Aljina, first and foremost a mother. My journey into supporting children through play began long before I ever thought of it as “work.” It started at home, with my own children, navigating milestones, challenges, and moments of joy that shaped my heart and perspective.

When one of my children needed extra support, I found myself searching for answers, trying different approaches, and learning how powerful play could be in helping him connect, learn, and thrive. The progress I witnessed, and the bond it strengthened between us, lit a fire in me to help other families experience the same hope and growth.

Everything I do now comes from that place of understanding the late nights researching, the trial and error, the moments of celebration after small victories. I know what it feels like to be in a parent’s shoes, and I carry that empathy into every interaction, so no family ever feels alone on this journey.
